Dear Queen House Family,
Thank you so much for your continuing support. We have received high praise from reviews and in-person for our services since our opening during the pandemic. However, due to the pandemic, our business has been impacted by voluntary unemployment resulting in a shortage of staff which may impact our ability to schedule clients into their preferred time. We have decided to temporarily suspend Tuesday business hours from June 15th onwards to give our staff some time off. In other words, we will be closed every Tuesday starting June 15th. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you, but we hope you understand and continue to support our business.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before the time.
We will charge an additional 20% late fee on your next visit for cancellation after the 24 hours timeframe.
We may charge $30 for no shows. In light of our recent cancellation and reschedule trends, we have decided to enact these new policies.
